· Hung curd-1 small pack.
· Powder sugar-1 cup(using normal tea cup)
· Powder milk-1/2 cup.
· Kiwi paste of one kiwi fruit.
· Mint leaves 8-10.
· Cake or biscuit crumbles-1 cup
· Watermelon (cut into cube) -1/2 cup
or Alpenliebe strawberry candy)((Optional)
· Mix and beat hung curd,
· Take sugar and powder milk, Divide this mixture into two separate containers. Let keep any one as it is and mix kiwi paste with another.
· Take a desert glass or jar
· Put some cake crumble and press little bit.
· Pipe white yogurt mixture.
· Put watermelon cubes, Alpenliebe or little cake crumble.
· Then pipe kiwi yogurt mixture.
Decorate with mint leaves or as per your choice.
